Porcelain Dental Crowns

Crown Treatment

A dental crown is a fixed prosthesis in the form of a tooth that completely covers and protects teeth whose structural integrity has been compromised due to decay, fractures, or large fillings. Also known as a 'cap', this procedure extends the life of the tooth.

In current dentistry, metal-supported porcelains have been replaced by **Zirconium** and **E-max (Full Ceramic)** crowns, which have high light transmittance and excellent biological compatibility. These materials do not cause gray gum reflection.

Crowns designed with CAD/CAM technology in our laboratory are produced with micron-level precision, ensuring perfect fit with the gums and safe use for many years.

With our modern crown applications, we functionally and aesthetically reconstruct your damaged teeth.

Crown Process

1

Preparation and Impression

The tooth is minimally reduced to prepare space for the crown. Precise impression is taken with a digital scanner.

2

Temporary Crown

Temporary crowns are attached to prevent sensitivity and maintain aesthetics until your permanent teeth are prepared.

3

Rehearsal/Desing Check

The fit, color, and occlusion of the substructure or finished crown coming from the laboratory are checked in the mouth.

4

Cementation

The polished crown is fixed to the tooth with special dental adhesives and chewing checks are performed.
